This appears to be due to the way Excel itself handles the Tab key. Releasing the keys leave you still in the same window. 4- Hit apply REBOOT your PC and then test your BF4. 3-Under when launching this game set it to 圆4 and check off disable origin in game. 2-Right click BF4 and go to Game Properties. I know of a similar (possibly related) problem with Excel windows (and it must be Excel, LibreOffice doesn't have this effect).
